| You
now have your designs for your new room, office but require Bladenboe by
Design to help you co-ordinate and/or manage the work for you. This process is all dependent on your requirements, for example; |

| 1) Give further guidance, as and when required, on and off site. | |||
| 2) Co-ordinate the project but you would like to arrange your own subcontractors and materials. | |||
| 3) Co-ordinate and arrange /source and purchase all materials, furniture and accessories for which we will produce costing sheets. | |||
| 4) Project Management | |||
| 5) We will undertake and manage the whole project for you. We will arrange order of works, subcontractors and purchase materials on your behalf. | |||
All fees are on a job by job basis and don’t include any local authority documentation or legal fees and are subject to our standard terms and conditions or those of our sub-contractors. |
