This package has been designed for those of you who are or have been trying to sell your home but can’t sell and want to know why.

For a 90 minute on site visit, we will arrive at your home, and have a general discussion with you, find out from you what feed back you have had, what problems you feel there are with the sale, how fast you want to sell, and what budget you have to make adjustments to the décor/ furniture / accessories in the room or house or even the garden to help the sale.

We will then let you give us a guided tour of each room, while making our observations and taking down our initial views/comments. We may take photographs / video clips to help us with our notes.

We may give some initial comments while on site but we will then go away and prepare a written report of our overall views of what we see / think that may be require to sell your house, be it just general toning of your decor, blending of colours, moving of furniture, or tidying away your prize possessions.

This service can appear harsh and critical for some, but what may be some ones ideal room decoration / palace can be a new vendors worse nightmare.

If once you have received our written report and require Bladenboe by Design to quote you for any of the items highlighted in our report, we will be happy to do so.

Sourcing of materials, labour or drawings are not included in this service.
