Once you have had your initial consultation and have agreed that you need a designer, having already have determined your general views and requirements, we would confirm our interpretation of these requirements in writing to you.

We would then request that you return the contract and 50% of the agreed design fee.

Work on your design will then begin at the earliest possible opportunity.

Our design package consists of the following;

a) Prelimary consultation.
b) Visit to your home/site to survey the purposed room project and take photoghraphs (if not already taken).
c) Produce a Room Plan to scale.
d) Sample Board.
e) Window Treatments.
f) Coloured Floor Plan.

Services at additional rates;

a) 3d Plans.
b) Sourcing furniture, fabrics and accessories.

On completion arrangements will be made to present the design package to you.

You may decide that you need further work on the designs for which fees can then be discussed.

We will ask you to sign the back of the document on final payments, and once the design package has been completed, our commitment to your project is finalised and we will leave the signed documents with you. However we will retain the office copy, and have the rights to use as and when required.

If you decide that you require further consultation services, more drawings or as part of your project management co-ordination we will be happy to discuss rates.
